ABOUT US
The Parkway Central Ice Hockey Club is a not for profit organization whose purpose is to provide high school hockey opportunities to 7th – 12th grade students who reside within the Parkway Central School district.
The Parkway Central Ice Hockey Club is a non-school sponsored sport. This means that other than playing under the Colts name and logo, the school does not contribute to, nor oversee the operation of the Club. However, playing under the Colts name requires that the Club operate and conduct itself in a manner that reflects positively upon the school.
The Parkway Central Ice Hockey Club participates in the Mid-States High School Club Hockey Association (MSCHA), which is governed by Missouri Hockey, Inc., and affiliated with USA Hockey, Inc.
The goal of the Parkway Central Ice Hockey Club is to create a positive and fun environment for players, stressing fundamentals, improvement, and winning and losing as a team. Players will learn to respect their parents, teammates, coaches, referees and opposing teams. They will work toward excellence but not perfection. They must always recognize the efforts of their teammates and work to make our weakest link better. They will learn to appreciate, respect and love the game of hockey and play it the way it was meant to be played.
If you wish to receive information about our program and activities, please register and indicate your players birth year and grade. The varsity team plays in the MSCHA Suburban Hockey Conference.
